Excellent breakfast stop! Large menu with a dedicated vegan section. The tofu eggs may not look like anything special but they were fantastic! They have classics as well as more out there breakfast takes. Great service, the team is a well oiled machine that’s for sure.

The place was nice. I was recommended by my boyfriend. He was a MSU alumni. The food was good. The pancake was huge. The service was superb!

5 stars all around for this quaint establishment. We were lured here by the chai teas and mochas…best in town. But we keep coming back for the breakfast. Fresh clean ingredients and perfect portions, never too much or too little. I always get the juevos rancheros but they have many high protein with veggie options. Also great vibe of a coffee shop with delicious in-house baked muffins and rolls. There’s usually a short wait for breakfast. Super friendly staff. We will keep returning!

I love this place, I stopped by years ago on a road trip, and it was still as good as I remember. The food was fresh and very delicious. I had the fall harvest skillet. The homemade biscuit was one of the best I've had. The art on the walls and overall atmosphere was great. The staff was very nice, they were very busy so I get the running around. The price was great, very reasonable. That being said, I do live near Seattle, so that might just be me. Highly recommend.

We stopped here for breakfast. Very colorful and quirky decor, but I liked it. The coffee was great and so was the "Cowboy Hash Bowl" with sautéed onions, peppers, home fries, habanaro sausage, bacon, ham, & eggs. Served with toast. I ordered a side of sausage gravy to put on top...it was delicious! I noticed at another table, someone ordered the waffles and a breakfast burrito. Both looked phenomenal!

First off, this place is absolutely amazing. The food and service is unparalleled for bozeman. The salmon benedict is off the chain. I could not recommend this place enough and everyone who works there is ALWAYS a class act. 10/10 would recommend every time. Good food, even better people. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the nova and they will treat you like family!

Wow. That’s the only word that I can use to describe my experience at Nova. The food was delicious, but the service was even better. My server Micheal Brown really knew what he was doing. Professional, attentive and authentic. Nova is very lucky to have him, but he might not be there long! He’s got a bring future ahead of him. Wish I could eat here every day! Best breakfast in bozeman.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Had chai waffles, Gluten-free free with coconut oil... to die for! Chorizo eggs and pancakes. Absolutely delicious! And the staff?they look a little awkward not gonna lie, but they are super kind and welcoming

Nice quiet little café. Not too busy. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Food was out quick and fresh. Very large portions, so if you have kids that might not eat a lot, order one or the combos with multiple items and share it to save a little and waste less. We had breakfast.

Nova is a vibrant breakfast and lunch spot that immediately draws you in with its colorful ambiance and walls adorned with art from talented local artists. The atmosphere had an energetic yet welcoming vibe, with a nice mix of locals and visitors like myself. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure guests felt at home. The menu is creative and vegan-friendly. I ordered the chia waffle with raspberry coulis, and it was absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. Nova is one of those places where the food, atmosphere, and service all come together perfectly. Highly recommend for a fresh, flavorful start to your day.
